Se cre\u00eda que, para ser profesional, una empresa deb\u00eda hablar exclusivamente de certificaciones, capacidades t\u00e9cnicas y m\u00e9tricas de eficiencia. Sin embargo, hay una verdad biol\u00f3gica que el marketing moderno ha rescatado: <strong>el cerebro humano no est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para retener datos, sino para recordar historias.<\/strong> Mientras que un dato activa solo las \u00e1reas del lenguaje en el cerebro, una historia bien contada puede activar siete regiones cerebrales distintas, liberando dopamina y oxitocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El error del h\u00e9roe: Por qu\u00e9 tu marca no es la protagonista<\/strong> El error m\u00e1s com\u00fan en el storytelling corporativo es que las empresas intentan ser las protagonistas de su propio relato.
